Lotus Quickr Preferences

If your administrator has enabled integration with IBM^(R) Lotus^(R) Quickr^TM, you can set Lotus Quickr preferences to specify places and determine how attachments are handled. If you use Lotus Quickr and have set connector preferences, they are not supported. To use a Lotus Quickr place in Lotus iNotes^TM you must add it using these preferences.

Click Preferences, and then click Lotus Quickr.

Preference	Steps
Lotus Quickr Places	Click Add Places. Type the URL for your Lotus Quickr server or select from the list of servers. (Optional) Filter the place names. Select a place from the list and then click OK. (Optional) To remove a place, select the place and then click Remove.
Sending e-mail with attachments	Specify how you want to handle attachments. You can: Always send them as attached files Be prompted to chose when you send mail Always send links to documents in a Lotus Quickr place Specify a default place or folder into which attachments are always saved.
