Radops of El Jebel
Monthly Meeting Minutes
October 27^th, 2025

1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 8 members was present, 4 of which were elected officers. President Paul Harrison called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours October 27^th, 2025, with all officers present. Mike Schwartz was excused. Chuck Noah gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. Sunshine Chair Sam Wittner is trying to phone Emit to see how he is doing.
   2. Sam is also healing up after his fall.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Chuck Noah moved and Michael Marcus seconded that the September 22^nd, 2025 meeting minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Sam Wittner moved and Chuck Noah seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Social:
      1. Michael Marcus is working on the details for our holiday social. He will send out an email poll for time, date, and location soon.
6. Communications
   1. None.
7. Unfinished Business
   1. None.
8. New Business
   1. None.
9. Good of the Order
   1. Nothing was stated.
10. Divan Representative
    1. Divan Rep Jim Taylor reported that the parking lot paving has been completed. Three soft spots needed to be repaired and were paid for with a $45K endowment.
    2. Work on moving the building ownership to the El Jebel Association has been completed.
    3. He recapped the parade schedule. Notices will be sent via Mail Chimp.
    4. There are no known candidates for the fall ceremonial.
    5. The Feztival of Trees needs volunteers.
    6. The November and December socials are canceled.
    7. Pecans are available for purchase in the office.

     Adjournment
