1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 7 members was present, 3 of which were elected officers. Vice President Paul Harrison called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours September 23^rd, 2024, with all officers present except President Emit Hurdelbrink, who was excused, present. Paul Harrison gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. .Emit seems to doing as good as can be expected with the radiation treatments
   2. Sam will visit Emit tomorrow and give him the get well cards.
   3. Milt’s funeral will be on Tuesday, October 1^st.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Michael Marcus moved and Chuck Noah seconded that the April 22^nd, 2024 minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer's report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Sam Witner moved and Michael Marcus seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Bylaws:
      1. Secretary Ken Behrens said that it was time to review the bylaws for compliance with the El Jebel bylaws. Michael Marcus said that he will serve on the review committee.
   2. Net Control:
      1. Paul Harrison said that is great being net control on the Sunday nets.
6. Communications:
   1. None.

   1. None.
8. New Business
   1. Chuck Noah moved and Jim Schneider seconded that 2 rungs in the Ladder of Smiles be purchased in memory of Steve Hubbard and Milt Bonham. Motion passed unanimously.
   2. Rich Wall moved and Sam Wittner seconded that the 2025 dues be waived for all members. The motion was amended by Ken Behrens and seconded by Michael Marcus that the members must be in good standing in order for the dues to be waived. The amendment passed unanimously. The motion as amended passed unanimously.
9. Elections
   1. Sam Wittner presented the 2025 slate of officers: Paul Harrison, President; Michael Marcus, Vice President; Ken Behrens, Secretary; and Rich Wall, Treasurer. All nominees said that they would accept the nomination of their respective offices.
   2. There being no other nominations from the floor, Sam Wittner moved and Rich Wall seconded that the slate be accepted and elected by acclimation. Motion passed unanimously.
10. Good of the Order
    1. Chuck Noah reminded us that the High Twelve meeting is held at the Heather Gardens Rendezvous restaurant on the 4^th Wednesday except November and December which are moved to the 3^rd Wednesday @ 11:00 AM. All Masons are welcome.
11. Divan Representative
    1. No report was given.
