Monthly Meeting Minutes
September 22^nd, 2025

1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 7 members was present, 4 of which were elected officers. President Paul Harrison called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours September 22^nd, 2025, with all officers present. Divan Rep Jim Taylor, Jim Oliver, and Mike Schwartz were excused. Chuck Noah gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. Jim Oliver had to take his lady Kirsten to the ER this evening with breathing problems.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Michael Marcus moved and Chuck Noah seconded that the April 28^th, 2025 and the June 1^st, 2025 On-the-Air meeting minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Sam Wittner moved and Michael Marcus seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Social:
      1. Michael Marcus is working on the details for our holiday social.
   2. Uniform and Equipment:
      1. Mona Eckley still supplies the Radops uniforms.
6. Communications
   1. None.
7. Unfinished Business
   1. None.
8. New Business
   1. None.
9. Elections
   1. Sam Wittner presented the 2026 slate of officers.
      1. President Paul Harrison, Vice President Michael Marcus, Secretary Ken Behrens, and Treasurer Rich Wall.
   2. There being no other nominations from the floor, Sam Wittner moved and Chuck Noah seconded that the slate be elected by acclamation. Motion carried unanimously.
10. Good of the Order
    1. Chuck Noah invited all to the High 12 luncheon and meeting at Heather Gardens on the 4^th Wednesday of the month at 1100 hours. All Masons and spouses are welcome.
    2. Paul Harrison said that his son is enjoying being a cadet at the U. S. Air Force Academy.
11. Divan Representative
    1. Jim Taylor was excused.
    2. Michael Marcus asked Sam Wittner to give the Divan feedback that the monthly report be sent as a summary rather than the full text of the meeting.

Adjournment
        Paul Harrison adjourned the meeting at 1939 hours.
