1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 7 members was present, 3 of which were elected officers. President Sam Wittner called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours February 27th, 2023, with all officers except Vice President Paul Harrison present. Vice President Paul Harrison, Emit Hurdelbrink, Ken Jones, PP, and Mike Schwartz were excused. Rich Wall gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. President Sam Wittner welcomed visitors Lady Carol Monsebroten and Jacob DeBard.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. Jim Stewart is home from the hospital.
   2. Jim Oliver had his stitches removed.
   3. Jane Noah is home from the hospital.
   4. Don Cox is not doing well.
   5. The Black Camel has taken Tom Palmer, PP.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Michael Marcus moved and Jim Schneider seconded that the January 23rd, 2023 minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Rich Wall reported that several transactions were posted to the bank account.
   3. Jim Schneider moved and Michael Marcus seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Membership:
      1. Secretary Ken Behrens presented the Radops challenge coin to Divan Rep Hoss Monsebroten.
   2. Nominating:
      1. Secretary Ken Behrens said that Dennis Proctor, PP cannot serve on the committee because he is an El Jebel elected officer. He will be replaced by Michael Marcus.
   3. Uniform and Equipment:
      1. Sam Wittner said that he had no status update about the bolo ties from the vendor.
6. Unfinished Business
   1. None.
7. New Business
   1. Rich Wall moved and Michael Marcus seconded that the Radops donate $1000.00 to be used for the boiler replacement. Motion carried unanimously.
8. Good of the Order
   1. None.
9. Divan Representative
   1. Hoss Monsebroten said that the Denver St. Patrick’s Day parade will be on March 11th and to watch for a MailChimp with parade information.
   2. He reported on the calendar of events and said to check the Red Fez for information.
   3. Forty Nobles will be needed to sell CD’s at the concert.
