1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 10 members was present, 3 of which were elected officers. Vice President Paul Harrison called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours October 28th, 2024, with all officers present except President Emit Hurdelbrink, who was excused. Jim Oliver gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. President Emit Hurdelbrink checked in on the net via EchoLink last night. It was great to hear him on the air again.
   2. Doug Turner is on another round of chemo.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Michael Marcus moved and Dennis Proctor seconded that the September 23rd, 2024 minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Michael Marcus moved and Dennis Proctor seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Bylaws:
      1. Secretary Ken Behrens said that he is still working on the bylaws and that they would be ready for approval after the 2025 officers are installed in January.
   2. Parades:
      1. The next parade will be the Veterans Day parade in Longmont. Information will be sent via email.
   3. Repeaters:
      1. Paul Harrison reported that on Saturday, 26 October Adams and Arapahoe County ARES used the 2 meter repeater for the SET exercise.
   4. Social:
      1. Michael Marcus will put together a plan to have a holiday party in December.
6. Unfinished Business
   1. None.
7. New Business
   1. None.
8. Good of the Order
   1. Notices will be sent in November that the 2025 dues have been waived for all members in good standing.
   2. Jim Oliver said that he had talked to a new Noble at the Raffle Event who expressed an interest in the Radops, but neglected to get his name.
9. Divan Representative
   1. Membership in El Jebel is a big problem and all are urged to sign up new members so that we do not lose a seat at Imperial.
   2. Most Divan issues are in limbo until the 2025 officers are in place.
