Radops of El Jebel
Monthly Meeting Minutes
November 24^th, 2025

1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 8 members was present, 3 of which were elected officers. President Paul Harrison called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours November 24th, 2025, with all officers except Vice President Michael Marcus and Divan Rep Jim Taylor present. Michael Marcus, Jim Taylor, Dennis Proctor, and Mike Schwartz were excused. Jim Oliver gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. Emit Hurdelbrink and Sam Wittner are still ill.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Chuck Noah moved and Rich Wall seconded that the October 27th, 2025 meeting minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   2. Sam Wittner moved and Jim Oliver seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Parades:
      1. Veterans Day Parade is next on the calendar.
   2. Social:
      1. Michael Marcus has sent the survey for selecting the date and time for the December social. He has received some responses.
   3. Unit Fundraising:
      1. Sam Wittner reported that 3 Radops have been working at the Feztival of Trees. The fundraiser would like 4-6 Radops to work next year.
      2. Ken Behrens also reported that Illustrious Sir Dennis Proctor was disappointed that more Radops did not participate.
      3. Dennis urged us to attend the Feztival of Trees before the Friday close.
6. Communications
   1. Secretary Ken Behrens read a lost thank you note from Betty Bethune. Sam Wittner found the note in his briefcase.
7. Unfinished Business
   1. None.
8. New Business
   1. None.
9. Good of the Order
   1. Secretary Ken Behrens reminded everyone that the Radops do not have a December meeting. The next in person meeting will be held on 26 January 2026.
10. Divan Representative
    1. No report was given. Jim Taylor was excused.

      Adjournment
             Paul Harrison adjourned the meeting at 1927 hours.
