1. Call to Order
   Secretary Ken Behrens noted that a quorum of 8 members was present, 3 of which were elected officers. President Sam Wittner called to order the meeting of the Radops of El Jebel at 1900 hours April 24th, 2023, with all officers except Treasurer Rich Wall and Divan Rep Hoss Monsebroten present. Rich Wall, Hoss Monsebroten, Michael Marcus, and Emit Hurdelbrink were excused. Ken Behrens gave the invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. President Sam Wittner welcomed visitor Lady Linda Fishel.
2. Illness and Distress
   1. Dennis Proctor, PP is home from the hospital.
3. Approval of Minutes from last meeting
   1. Paul Harrison moved and Ken Jones seconded that the March 27th, 2023 minutes be approved as published. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   1. Secretary Ken Behrens gave the Treasurer’s report for Rich Wall.
   2. The Treasurer’s report is on file with the secretary.
   3. Chuck Noah moved and Glenn Fishel seconded that the Treasurer’s report be accepted. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Committee Reports
   1. Uniform and Equipment:
      1. Roy Horton’s family donated his Radops fez to the unit to be given to a member in need of a fez.
      2. No record for Roy was found in both paper and electronic Radops archives. The FCC database also does not have his callsign which probably has been reissued.
6. Unfinished Business

   1. None.
8. Good of the Order
   1. Secretary Ken Behrens noted that because May has 5 Mondays, we will have a face-to-face meeting on May 22nd.
9. Divan Representative
   1. Ken Jones, PP gave the Divan Rep report for Hoss who was excused.
   2. He reminded us that the memorial service for Tom Palmer, PP will be held Saturday.
   3. The Kentucky Derby party will be on May 6th and will take the place of the regular meeting on May 8th.
   4. Information about the Memorial Day parade in Commerce City will be sent via MailChimp.
   5. He informed us that he will not be able to attend the May Radops meeting.
